Why Have A Care Plan?

Accidents happen and insurance companies charge monthly payments and large excess payments at the time of making a claim. By signing up to a LWRepairs care plan it means a small monthly payment which results in tons of benefits and huge price reductions on repair. A cost effective way to protect your device. 

How Much is a plan?

We have 3 different options, each specifically designed to suit our customers choice. We give you the control to pick the plan that best suits you, the customer. Each monthly payment amount is model specific meaning you will only pay a fixed fee based on your specific devices repair value.

Long Claim Process?

Here’s the best bit, because we are not an insurance company and this is a private membership – there is no claim to make! You simply login and claim the repair service you require and the repair is completed as a normal repair service which can be completed in as little as just 60 minutes. On Demand Call out services in some packages!

Protection Plans have been created to bring exclusive benefits to new and existing customers. We find on average most people have insurance for their much-loved device however don’t claim due to the excess fees being so close to our one-off repair prices. Combine the excess charge with the timescale and hassle of insurance claims – the consumer most of the time chooses to get this repaired themselves without completing the claim they have been paying for.
In Short, No. This is in no way shape or form an insurance policy, this is a private membership for customers offered by LWRepairs. At the moment the protection plans only cover your device for repair services needed. This does not cover loss or fraud.
To make a claim, the process is simple, you would book the repair service needed as normal on our website or over the telephone. Being a member of the scheme means you would receive exclusive, considerable discounts on your repair services – upto 75% off in some cases.
By joining the monthly membership plans, you would need to pay a small subscription fee every month, this would coincide and run parallel to the date you join the membership. If you join on the 12th of the month the first payment would be taken instantly, further payments would then be taken on the 12th of each month also. We take all of our payments via Direct Debit.
Yes, you are able to cancel the membership at any time, the membership benefits will cease at the time of cancellation and your account will be cancelled. If you decide to cancel your membership within 5 days of the payment due date the payment may still be taken, if this happens, you will still receive all benefits until the following months end date.
